The present invention provides a flexible mold device, which reduces springback generated when a material to be formed is formed, and a forming method using the flexible mold device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the flexible mold device includes: a device body unit on which the material to be formed is mounted; a driving unit fixed and connected to the device body unit; and a mold unit connected to the driving unit providing a pressure and the device body unit and pressing the material to be formed in at least two directions. Also, according to the other embodiment of the present invention, the forming method includes: a preparing step of preparing the material to be formed in order for the material to be mounted between an upper mold unit and a lower mold unit; a first forming step of vertically moving the upper mold unit downwards and pressing the material to be formed to the lower mold unit; and a second forming step of separating the lower mold unit in the horizontal direction and pressing the material to be formed to an inner wall unit of the upper mold unit. |
