The present invention relates to a waterproof acoustic apparatus. The waterproof acoustic apparatus includes a sound part which emits and receives a sound; and a membrane which vibrates to transmit the sound emitted from the sound part to the outside or to transmit the sound received from the outside to the sound part. A distance from the membrane to the sound part is larger than the maximum width of the vibration of the membrane toward the sound part. So, sound transfer performance can be improved.
