The present invention relates to air pollutant emission source management. The present invention includes: a business place device which generates the operation data and air pollutant measurement data of facilities emitting air pollutant emission in an air pollutant emitting business place; a database server which receives the operation data and air pollutant measurement data from the business place device and stores the data; and a manager device which receives the operation data and air pollutant measurement data from the database server and estimates the amount of air pollutant emission based on the operation data and air pollutant measurement data. The operation data includes electricity consumption, fuel consumption, and material consumption data of the facilities. The database server, if the measured values by item included in the air pollutant measurement data exceeds predefined environmental standards or the reference values preset through the manager device, generates verification data indicating the possibility of error in measurement of the air pollutant measurement data and transmits the data to the manager device. The manager device verifies the air pollutant measurement data based on the verification data.
