The present invention relates to a rabies virus P protein target monoclonal antibody which recognizes KGH strain-derived phosphoprotein (P) which is a rabies virus human body separation strain as an epitope. The monoclonal antibody may detect an antigen with respect to various cells infected by a rabies virus and various rabies viruses, and may detect an antigen to a high dilution ratio compared to a conventional antibody. Accordingly, the monoclonal antibody may be useful for a rapid fluorescent cohesion control testing scheme for detecting a rabies virus antigen and measuring a rabies neutralizing antibody titer.
