The present invention relates to a press forming device, capable of easily cutting an unnecessary part after a material is formed. The press forming device includes: a frame; a press unit installed in the frame and forming a product by pressing the material, wherein the press unit enables cooling water to flow into a cooling fluid path formed inside and cools the material; and a cutting unit installed in the frame and cutting a protrusion unit of the material protruding to the outside of the press unit. The press forming device can minimize abrasion of a cutter by cutting the unnecessary part of the material at a relatively high temperature before cooling the material after the material is formed. The press forming device also can obtain an effect of rapidly cutting the material. |
