A water sampling device (10) for a nonpoint pollution source of the present invention comprises: a manhole body (110) having an internal space with a predetermined size; a pump housing (120) seated inside the manhole body, fixating a pump, and having a space to sample rainwater; a pump housing cover (130) covering a top of the pump housing, having a passage allowing the sample rainwater to flow inside the pump housing; and a sample rainwater intake cover (140) covering the pump housing cover, having a passage enabling external sample rainwater to flow to a top of the pump housing cover. The water sampling device for the nonpoint pollution source is capable of sampling the rainwater without sand or floating matters while sampling the rainwater at the initiatory stage in order to check whether the rainwater containing contaminants pollutes a quality of water or not.
