PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a capsule by making a core penetrate a plurality of liquid films.SOLUTION: An encapsulation device includes: a liquid injection unit for injecting a liquid droplet of a first liquid; a second liquid holding unit for holding a second liquid in a film form; and a third liquid holding unit for holding a third liquid in a film form. When the liquid droplet injected from the liquid injection unit penetrates a liquid film of the second liquid held by the second liquid holding unit, the liquid droplet is coated by the second liquid. When the liquid droplet coated by the second liquid penetrates the liquid film of the third liquid held by the third liquid holding unit, the liquid droplet coated by the second liquid is coated by the third liquid. |
