PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve proton conductivity in a reinforced electrolytic film.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a reinforced electrolytic film includes: sticking a porous film fed out of a roll with a back sheet in a thin plate shape; impregnating the porous film stuck with the back sheet with water; freezing water impregnating the porous film by cooling the porous film impregnated with water; and thawing and evaporating water which impregnates the porous film and is then frozen, by heating the porous film which is impregnated with water and then frozen. |
