The present invention relates to a surfboard type water leisure apparatus for enjoying on the sea, river, or lake and, more specifically, to a personal water leisure apparatus having a directional propulsion rudder, which comprises: a board-shaped boarding portion (10) including one or more fixed rudders (11) fixed to the front bottom portion of a hull and a rotating fixed portion (12) having a pair of symmetrical grooves; and a propulsion portion (20) including a driving pedal (21) having a driving rotary shaft (22) fitted to the rotating fixed portion (12) of the boarding portion (10) to be rotated, a driving propulsion shaft (23) for transmitting the movement of the driving pedal (21), and a paddle-shaped propulsion rudder (24) connected to the driving propulsion shaft (23) to be rotated. According to the personal water leisure apparatus of the present invention, the position of the driving propulsion shaft (23) is changed by repeatedly working the driving pedal (21), so the propulsion rudder (24), which is connected to the driving propulsion shaft (23) to be rotated, shakes like the tail fin of a fish to generate propulsion force. In addition, the fixed rudder (11) goes straight forward to enable forward propulsion. |
