The present invention relates to a vehicle seat control apparatus and a control method thereof. The present invention determines the jamming of a seat through the sensing operation of a hall sensor in a structure that the hall sensor is applied to a seat motor for providing the driving force of a power seat and supplies maximum currents to the seat motor if the seat is jammed. Therefore, the present invention solves the jamming of the seat by improving the operation mode of the seat control apparatus to which a soft start mode is applied.
