PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting method which enables a cut material thinly or slimly cut to be preferably held.SOLUTION: A cutting method includes: a storage step (steps ST2 and ST3) where a cut material 101 and a liquid cutting fluid 103 in which the cut material 101 is immersed are stored in a container 3; a freezing step (steps ST4 and ST5) where the cutting fluid 103 in the container 3 is frozen; and a cutting step (steps ST6 to ST8) where the cut material 101 held in the container 3 by the frozen cutting fluid 103 is cut with the cutting fluid 103. |
