<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantify and visualize a work flow line for a load transport vehicle to grasp a full view of picking work so that operating costs and managing expenses for the load transport vehicle such as a forklift in picking work can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: Based on forklift information and RFID tag information, stopping-by frequency and stopping time of the forklift 4 that has stopped by at each RFID tag 3 installation spot set up on a rack 5 of a warehouse built along a track 21 where the forklift 4 travels within a predetermined time, and traveling frequency for a moving route where the forklift has moved between the RFID tags 3 are calculated. A work flow line image for the forklift is generated by converting the stopping-by frequency, the stopping time, and the traveling frequency for the moving route into image information.
