PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow further improvement of maintenance workability of an air-conditioning device.SOLUTION: An air-conditioning device is formed by a body case 1 having a suction port 2 and an exhaust port 3; and an air-conditioning means and a circuit means 9 which are disposed in the body case 1. A circuit case 7 includes an upper fixing part 12 at an upper part; and a lower fixing part 13 at a lower part. The lower fixing part 13 is fixed to a back case 4 by a first fastening means 10, and the upper fixing part 12 is fixed while being sandwiched between a side case 6 and the back case 4. The side case 6 is fixed while being sandwiched between the circuit case 7 and a bottom case 5, and the bottom case 5 is fixed to the back case 4 by a second fastening means 11. The first fastening means 10 is covered with a front panel 8. |
