PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a degree of freedom in a design with respect to an environment for use while reducing a circuit scale.SOLUTION: The current detection circuit is provided with: a negative potential generating circuit MP1, which includes a first auxiliary capacitor C1, a second auxiliary capacitor C2 and an FET Q2, and converts a size of current flowing into a current line to a size of voltage and outputs it; and a peak hold circuit having the different reference potential from that of the negative potential generating circuit MP1, which includes an FET Q1, a current detection resistor RS, a diode D1 and a detection capacitor C3, and inputs the converted voltage to hold the voltage level. |
