Disclosed are a file export approving device which exports a specific file to be exported, and a method for approving file export. The file export approving device according to the present invention comprises: a receiving unit which when a file exporting request occurs in an applicant terminal, receives a file approving information from the applicant terminal; a producing unit which when an approving terminal confirming the file approving information generates an approval event, produces an approver confirmation information; a writing unit which extracts a file to be exported from the file approving information, and writes an export-approved file by using the file to be exported and the approver confirmation information; and a transmitting unit which transmits the written export-approved file to the applicant terminal as a response of the file exporting request. |
