According to the present invention, the fruit and vegetable beverage prepared by including a safflower sprout extraction liquid is suitable for the preference of a consumer, includes a high amount of nutrients, improves the preservation and expiration date of a product, helps the preference and health promotion, and is provided as a food formulation.
