Disclosed are a composite membrane, a manufacturing method thereof, a negative electrode structure having the composite membrane, a lithium secondary battery having the negative electrode structure, and a lithium air battery. The composite membrane includes an organic membrane having a plurality of through holes, and an ionic conductive inorganic material particle formed in the through hole. A hydrophobic coating membrane is formed in at least one surface of the ionic conductive inorganic material particle.
