PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a cyclic silane intermediate that can produce a cyclic hydrogenated silane or a cyclic organic silane without accompanying the by-production of a silane gas and an organic monosilane by reduction and to provide a method for producing a cyclic hydrogenated silane or a cyclic organic silane using the cyclic silane intermediate.SOLUTION: The method for producing a cyclic silane intermediate comprises a step of reacting a halosilane compound with an ammonium salt. The method for producing a cyclic hydrogenated silane comprises a step of reducing the cyclic silane intermediate produced in the above-mentioned production method. The method for producing a cyclic organic silane comprises a step of subjecting the cyclic silane intermediate produced in the production method to alkylation or arylation with use of a Grignard reagent or an organic lithium reagent.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
