PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure stable operation of an inverter, while reducing standby power.SOLUTION: An elevator driving control device includes an electric motor 4 for elevating and lowering an elevator car, an inverter 3 for performing driving control of the electric motor, a control part 6 for controlling the operation of the inverter, and an AC-DC converter 1 for converting a commercial AC power supply into a DC power supply to supply it to the inverter and the control part. The elevator driving control device includes a switch 5 for receiving, during standing-by of the elevator car where the electric motor is stopped, a control part output to cut off the power supplying from the AC-DC converter to the inverter, and receiving the control part output to resume the power supplying to the inverter. |
