According to the present invention, a packing member for a heat treatment device includes: a chamber member which makes up the external appearance; a pressure adjusting member which applies a pressure inside the chamber member; a heating member which heats the inside of the chamber member; and a door member which is installed in front of the chamber member. The packing member is made of soft rubber or synthetic resin, and the front of the packing member has a convex shape while the back of the packing member has a concave shape. According to the present invention, the packing member can secure sufficient airtightness even if the packing member is positioned slightly wrong in the heat treatment device, enabling reliable high-pressure heat treatment. Also, by the pressure applied to the packing member, the present invention can move the packing member quickly and reliably. |
