摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit for outputting stable voltage amplitude where variation of alternating voltage to be applied to an electro-mechanical energy conversion element is small even when variation of a resonance frequency of a vibration body varies or is changed while driving in a frequency band to be used.SOLUTION: A vibration body driving circuit causes vibration in a vibration body, at least including an electro-mechanical energy conversion element 101 and an elastic body, by applying alternating voltage to the electro-mechanical energy conversion element 101 fixed to the elastic body. The vibration body driving circuit includes an inductor 102 and a capacitor 103 serially connected to the electro-mechanical energy conversion element 101. A condition of 0.73 fm<fs<1.2 fm is satisfied where fs is a series resonance frequency by the inductor 102 and the capacitor 103 and fm is a resonance frequency of the vibration body.
