PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally reproduce a non-compressed serial video signal on the receiving side with improved accuracy of frequency information when the non-compressed serial video signal is transmitted through a synchronous network.SOLUTION: A video data transmitter device 100 includes: an extraction unit 101 for extracting a reproduction clock CLK2 with video data D1, by serial-parallel converting a non-compressed serial video signal S1 to be reproduced by the reproduction clock CLK2 having a different frequency from a network clock CLK1 of a synchronous network N1; a signal generator unit 102 for generating a first signal CLK3 on the basis of the network clock CLK1 as a reference clock; a difference information generator unit 103 for generating difference information D2 between the network clock CLK1 and the reproduction clock CLK2 on the basis of the first signal CLK3; and a transmitter unit 104 for transmitting the difference information D2 with the video data D1 through the synchronous network N1, on the basis of the network clock CLK1. |
