The present invention relates to a power generation device using service water and sewage which uses a flow rate of a fluid flowing through a service water pipe or a sewage pipe to generate electric power. The power generation device using service water and sewage comprises: a power generating member (20) to use a flow rate of a fluid flowing through a pipe (10) to generate power; a power transfer member (30) connected to a water wheel (21) to transfer a rotational force of the water wheel (21); and a generating member (40) to use power transferred by the power transfer member (30) to generate electric power. The pipe (10) comprises: a lateral hole (11) formed on one side of the pipe (10); and a fluid guide (12) formed on an inner circumferential surface of the pipe (10) to guide the flow rate of the fluid flowing through the pipe (10) to the lateral hole (11).
