This invention is provided with: two belt-shaped exterior materials (10, 11) disposed on the same plane at a distance from each other in the tape width direction, the belt-shaped exterior materials exhibiting flexibility so as to be capable of spirally winding a wire group; a belt-shaped cushion material (12) having a thickness of at least double that of the belt-shaped exterior materials, the belt-shaped cushion material (12) being positioned between the belt-shaped exterior materials so that the bottom surface part of the belt-shaped cushion material (12) is flush with the bottom surface part of the belt-shaped exterior materials and the side surface parts of the belt-shaped cushion material (12) are bonded to the side surface parts of the belt-shaped exterior materials on both sides; a belt-shaped exterior material (13) for cushion material protection placed on the top surface part of the belt-shaped cushion material in a bonded state, the belt-shaped exterior material (13) for cushion material protection exhibiting flexibility so as to be capable of spirally winding the wire group; a cover film (14) bonded to the upper surface part of the belt-shaped exterior materials and the belt-shaped exterior material for cushion material protection in a state in which the belt-shaped cushion material is not compressed; and adhesive layers (15, 16) formed at least on the lower surface of the belt-shaped exterior materials. |
