A touch screen panel protection sheet manufacturing apparatus, a manufacturing method and a protection sheet are disclosed, wherein touch screen panel protection sheets having small and large sizes can be attached without an adhesion roller, damage to the protection sheet due to physical collisions is prevented and the production cost is reduced. The protection sheet manufacturing apparatus includes a pad attachment part for attaching a scatter prevention film part and a glass part; a cutter spaced apart from the pad attachment part for cutting the scatter prevention film part, wherein a compression pad of the pad attachment part is made of a rubber material and protrudes in the direction of the glass part, the starting point at which the scatter prevention film part and the glass part are attached is positioned inside the glass part, and the scatter prevention film part and the glass part are attached by spreading toward the outside from the starting point. |
