A domain name system (DNS) redirection method, apparatus and system, which relate to the field of communications. The DNS redirection method comprises: receiving a failure URL address input by a terminal, and forwarding the failure URL address to a DNS server; when a response packet returned by the DNS server to the terminal comprises a response failure message, modifying the response failure message to a response success message, and sending an address of a redirection navigation server and the modified response packet to the terminal; receiving a request packet of the terminal carrying the address of the redirection navigation server, and forwarding the failure URL address to the redirection navigation server according to the address of the redirection navigation server; acquiring a prompt interface returned by the redirection navigation server to the terminal, the prompt interface comprising a redirection link pointing to a redirection response; and returning to the terminal the prompt interface comprising the redirection link. The technical solution can direct a user to access a correct URL. |
