Disclosed are a high-barrier-property TPU film for a pipe lining and a preparation method therefor. MWCNTs and TPU are used as raw materials to prepare a GONRs-CNTs nanocomposite complex by using a method for cutting MWCNTs longitudinally through oxidization and controlling the mass ratio of MWCNTs to KMnO4; and a GONRs-CNTs/TPU composite film is prepared by using TPU resin as a basal body through a solution coating and film forming process. The composite film prepared in the present invention reduces solubility of gas in a polymer, and also enables the gas diffusion and penetration path to be circuitous, which prolongs the gas diffusion path, and improves the penetration difficulty of gas and other small-molecule substances, so that the barrier property of the material is greatly improved. The composite film is especially suitable for preparing a lining of a pipe for conveying shale gas and other unconventional gaseous energy, and can achieve enormous social and economic benefits. |
