PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equally reliable procedures of sampling and guide in signal reconstitution.SOLUTION: A consistent assembly 140 containing a first element 142 in which, when a sampling procedure 110 is applied to the first element 142, an input signal 130 can be acquired, is required by the input signal 130. A guide assembly 150 containing a second element 152 which is relatively prime with the first element 142, is required according to a type of a signal, and a reconstitution assembly 160 containing a third element 161 in which, a total sum of a first similarity scale of the third element 161 to the second element 152 and a second similarity scale of the third element 161 to the first element 142 is minimized, is generated. A conversion signal 170 for minimizing a function 164 is required on the reconstitution assembly 160, and a reconstitution signal 180 in which, a third similarity scale of the reconstitution signal 180 to the conversion signal 170 is smaller than a permission range, is rendered.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
