PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording medium having printing suitability (ink absorbency and color developing properties) with a dye ink and a pigment ink and having further improved white paper face feeling with less contamination of coating aggregates acting as foreign substances in an ink receiving layer.SOLUTION: There is provided an inkjet recording medium which is obtained by providing an ink receiving layer containing a pigment and a binder on at least one surface of a support, followed by subjecting to calender treatment, where the ink receiving layer contains a lubricant, a surfactant and a water-soluble metal salt.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
