PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire excellent in durability of a toe of bead.SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire comprises a bead rubber that is arranged between a bead core and a carcass ply. The bead core is formed so that a cross-sectional shape of a tire meridian plane can be quadrangular. The bead rubber is connected to only the tire-radial-direction inside of the bead core, or only the tire-radial-direction inside and tire-radial-direction outside of the bead core.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
