PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a resin composition remarkably reducing an unreacted residual monomer and exhibiting extremely good adhesiveness during making an adhesive sheet, and an adhesive obtained by using the same and an adhesive sheet thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a resin composition by conducting a first process for polymerizing a monomer having a double bond (A) to obtain a polymer (B) and a second process for mixing primary amine and/or secondary amine (D) in a solvent containing alcohol having 6 or less carbon atoms and the boiling point of 150°C or less and reacting the primary amine and/or the secondary amine (D) and an unreacted monomer (A) sequentially.SELECTED DRAWING: None
