PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive elastic belt capable of suppressing spreading of cracking of a mold release layer while properly suppressing wearing of the mold release layer.SOLUTION: A conductive elastic belt includes a conductive rubber substrate, and a protection layer which is provided on the conductive rubber substrate and contains a mold release layer and an intermediate layer provided between the conductive rubber substrate and the mold release layer, being lower than the mold release layer in terms of Martens' hardness.SELECTED DRAWING: None
