PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration suppression system which can effectively suppress vibration relative to an inertial vibration after arrival to a target position and which can reduce vibration settling time, in a device using servo control such as a robot.SOLUTION: A vibration suppression system 30 includes: an angular velocity sensor 2 mounted at a vibration generation portion of a device 20 to be controlled; and a servo control structure 3 for performing servo control on the device 20 to be controlled on the basis of an angular velocity signal acquired by the angular velocity sensor 2. The vibration generation portion at which the angular velocity sensor 2 is mounted is basically a movable portion, and specifically may be a tip of the device 20 to be controlled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
