PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device capable of suppressing deterioration of image visibility by an obstruction located in front of a display surface and reducing troublesomeness that a user feels when the obstruction moves in front of the display surface.SOLUTION: An image display device including display means which displays an image on a display surface, further includes: obstacle detection means which detects an obstruction located in front of the display surface; image region detection means which detects an image region in which the obstruction may be disregard in the image; and control means which controls the display means on the basis of the detection result of the obstruction on the display surface and the detection result of the image region in which the obstruction may be disregard in the image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
