PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent heat radiation member excellent in transparency and heat radiation and having high flexibility.SOLUTION: A transparent heat radiation member includes at least one metal pattern layer having a continuous shape on at least one surface of a transparent substrate. The metal pattern layer having a continuous shape has a mesh-like or a plurality of openings, and its opening shape is preferably an ellipse.
