According to one embodiment of the present invention, an X-ray photography control apparatus and an X-ray photography apparatus comprising the same are provided. The X-ray photography control apparatus comprises: a switching unit used in an X-ray irradiation unit for emitting X-rays at an object to be photographed and a camera for photographing an image of the object at which X-rays are emitted, wherein the switching unit receives a user input relating to the beginning of photographing and the completion of photographing by the camera; and a camera control unit for controlling the beginning of photographing and the completion of photographing by the camera according to the user input received by the switching unit, wherein the switching unit provides or cuts off power to or from the camera control unit according to the user input, thereby enabling the camera control unit to control the operation of the camera. |
