摘要 Provided is a window that can improve thermal insulation performance. In this window 10, an airtight material 28 is arranged in a gap that is between an end surface 16C of a glass plate 16 and a depth wall 14 (a groove part) of a window frame 12 such that the gap is occluded. As a result, the present invention can prevent air from leaking from the gap and can thereby improve thermal insulation performance. In addition, the airtight material 28 is arranged closer to an indoor side than a hole part 30 that is provided to the depth wall 14 and the airtight material 28 therefore acts as a dam. As a result, moisture that has infiltrated the depth wall 14 can be reliably drained outdoors from the hole part 30 and through an exterior drainage hole part 32. In addition, in this window 10, as a result of the airtight material 28 being provided to the end surface 16C of the glass plate 16, the glass plate 16 and the airtight material 28 are integrated and the workability of the window 10 is thereby improved.
