The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a radiation intensity modulating body and a device for manufacturing same, the method for manufacturing a radiation intensity modulating body, according to the present invention, comprising the steps of: obtaining dose-modulation information or three-dimensional structure information expressed by a density matrix provided by a treatment plan system; obtaining design condition information of a radiation intensity modulating body provided by the treatment plan system; generating a radiation intensity modulating body structure on the basis of the design condition information of the radiation intensity modulating body and the dose-modulation information or the three-dimensional structure information expressed by the density matrix; comparing the design condition information of the radiation intensity modulating body with at least one of an actual manufacturing condition and treatment condition, and adjusting the generated radiation intensity modulating body structure; and manufacturing the radiation intensity modulating body on the basis of the adjusted radiation intensity modulating body structure. |
