The purpose of the present invention is to provide a light-reflective film that has a low haze value, and exhibits reflectance in excess of 50% over a relatively wide wavelength band; and a laminate having the same. This light-reflective film includes at least one light-reflective layer RPRL in which is immobilized a cholesteric liquid crystal phase of right-handed helical structure having right circularly polarized light reflection capability, and at least one light-reflective layer LPRL in which is immobilized a cholesteric liquid crystal phase of left-handed helical structure having left circularly polarized light reflection capability, a total of three or more layers of the light-reflective layer(s) RPRL and the light-reflective layer(s) LPRL being laminated, and the laminated light-reflective layer(s) RPRL and light-reflective layer(s) LPRL having selective reflection center wavelengths offset by an interval of 10-160 nm between any two mutually adjacent light-reflective layers.
