The problem addressed by the invention is that of designing a sealing assembly (100) to be especially simple, compact, and economical, said sealing assembly serving to seal a passage region between a wet region (10) and a dry region (11) separated from the wet region by a housing wall (12), wherein at least one through-hole (13) through the housing wall is arranged in the passage region, wherein a wire bundle (14) having a plurality of insulated individual wires (15) is fed through the through-hole. This problem is solved in that the wire bundle is completely surrounded by a first sealing element (16) at least in one region, wherein the first sealing element is reshaped in a first segment (25) in order to seal a region between the individual wires of the wire bundle.
