An upper and lower limbs walking exercise device for implementing a walking trace, according to the present invention, comprises: left and right frames which are spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval, and disposed in parallel and symmetrically; handles to which the force of upper limbs is transferred; first handle links of which one ends are fixed to and coupled with ends of handle levers and the left and right frames; second handle links which are coupled with the other ends of the first handles to convert the direction of the force of the upper limbs, which are transferred in a vertical direction, into a horizontal direction; weight links fixed to the left and right frames; trace links which are coupled with the other ends of the weight links, wherein each of the trace links is composed of a first trace link and a second trace link to implement a walking trace; a foot holder which is connected to the first tract links and to which the force of the lower limbs is transferred by foot pressing; and rotation links which are rotated while being connected with the ends of the second handle links and the second trace links, thereby continuously and repeatedly performing the upper limb movement and the lower limb movement, and thus the upper and lower limbs walking exercise device implements a walking trace. Therefore, through the mutual compensation of the forces of the upper body and the lower body, a balanced walking exercise can be made, and above all, the joints and muscles of the body necessary for walking can be all activated.
