The present invention relates to an electronic payment system comprising: multiple user terminals for generating an electronic document for electronic payment wherein the multiple users forming a random group use the terminals; a payment server, connected to the multiple user terminals in wired/wireless networks, for classifying and storing the electronic document according to the importance as well as for providing differentiated services when a user search; a payment server management terminal, connected to the payment server, for establishing an operation program for the payment server and for updating data; and communication networks for enabling wired/wireless communication between the user terminals, the payment server and the payment server management terminal. Through a method showing an electronic document generated by electronic payment (groupware) by differentiating a search result according to the importance, the present invention can shorten an amount of time consumed to search the electronic document meeting the purpose of search.
