PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for promoting a check related to the task of a user.SOLUTION: An engineer support system 100 includes: a reference document data storage part 32 for storing reference document data DT; a reference keyword extraction part 42 for extracting a reference keyword SK from each reference document data DT; a communication control part 41 for obtaining document data DC; a document keyword extraction part 43 for extracting a document keyword DK from the document data DC; a determination part 44; and a recommendation information generation part 45. The determination part 44 compares the extracted reference keyword SK of each reference document data DT with the extracted document keyword DK, and determines a keyword similarity as a level of similarity between both the keywords for each reference document data DT. The recommendation information generation part 45 specifies the reference document data DT related to the document DC on the basis of the keyword similarity, and generates recommendation information IR on the basis of the specified reference document data DT.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
