PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently reduce frequency of thermo-start/stop while suppressing an air conditioning operation in a state where air conditioning capacity is excessive, in an air conditioner configured by an outdoor unit having a compressor and a plurality of indoor units being connected and for performing an air conditioning operation so that an indoor temperature in each indoor unit becomes a target indoor temperature in each indoor unit.SOLUTION: A control unit (8) of an air conditioner (1), in the case where each indoor temperature in all the indoor units (4a, 4b, 4c) in an air conditioning operation is within predetermined threshold temperature width sandwiching a target indoor temperature in each of the indoor units (4a, 4b, 4c) in the air conditioning operation, performs start/stop frequency reduction rotation number control for controlling the rotation number of a compressor (21), based on a demand value of the indoor unit which requires reduction in air conditioning capacity, by ruling out the demand value of the indoor unit which requires increase in the air conditioning capacity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
