PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball point pen that can avoid a spring from moving forward accompanying forward movement of ink to sufficiently prevent a ball from falling off even when being applied with impact such as dropping.SOLUTION: A ball point pen tip 2 holds a ball 4 rotatably between an inward front edge part 31 and a ball receiving seat 32 formed behind the part. An ink storage tube 5 is configured to have the ball point pen tip 2 adhered to a front end part thereof and store ink 51 directly therein. A spring 6 is stored in an ink supply path behind the ball 4, energizes the ball 4 forward and pressure-contacts the ball 4 with an inner surface of the front edge part 31. A coil part 8 of the spring 6 comprises an annular 84 made of a tightly wound part protruding outward in a radial direction. In the ink supply path are provided a front lock wall part 3a to which is locked a front end of an annular flange part 84 and a rear lock wall part 9a to which is locked a rear end of the annular flange part 84. Between the front lock wall part 3a and the rear lock wall part 9a, the annular flange part 84 is held in a longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
