PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature measurement device and a temperature measurement method for measuring the temperature of a heat-generating member only when the heat-generating member is in contact with a temperature measurement unit as expected at heat generation time, thereby realizing highly accurate life evaluation or temperature measurement.SOLUTION: The temperature of a heat-generating member is measured via a temperature measurement unit, and count values corresponding to the cumulative number of times n of the heat-generating member are integrated on the basis of a measured temperature T. An integration process is executed when a temperature rise value ΔTu by which the measured temperature T has risen per preset unit time is higher than or equal to a preset temperature rise determination value and the measured temperature T has reached a preset integrated temperature Ts or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
