PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clad sheet for induction heating equipment, the sheet that is superior in IH heating characteristics and is used for a material of IH instruments.SOLUTION: A clad sheet for induction heating equipment is used so as to form a surface layer, a heating layer, an intermediate layer and a heat conductive layer, sequentially from the IH coil side, and the thickness tof the heating layer satisfies an expression (1), where ρis a volume resistivity (Ω m) of the IH heating layer, f is a frequency (Hz) and μis a magnetic permeability of the heating layer. The thickness tof the surface layer is more than 0 mm and 0.1 mm or less, and the volume resistivity ρ(Ω m) of the surface layer satisfies ρ<ρ. Also, the volume resistivity ρ(Ω m) of the surface layer and the thickness t(m) of the surface layer are configured so as to satisfy the expression (2).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
