ARRAY SUBSTRATE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD AND DISPLAY DEVICE THEREOF

Provided are an array substrate and manufacturing method and display device thereof. The array substrate comprises a substrate and a gate electrode, a gate electrode insulating layer, an active layer and source/drain electrodes disposed on the substrate, and further comprises an antenna used to receive and/or transmit a wireless signal, the antenna being disposed on the substrate. In the present invention, the antenna is disposed on the substrate of the array substrate to directly integrate the antenna in a display panel, such that an area of a PCB circuit board is decreased in a display device, and a spare area of the array substrate can also be utilized, thus improving the integration of the display device and reducing an overall volume of the display device. Furthermore, the antenna can be provided on a glass substrate, and the quality thereof is improved since an insulation property of the glass substrate leads to a very low substrate loss for the antenna.
