The present invention relates to red-coloured decorative pigments comprising a non-metallic, lamellar substrate with a coating applied thereon, the coating comprising at least one metal oxide, metal hydroxide and/or metal oxide hydrate and the metal ions of the metal oxide, metal hydroxide and/or metal oxide hydrate comprising at least two different metal ions selected from the group of metals consisting of Fe, Sn, Ti and Zr. The invention also relates to a method for producing said red-coloured pigments and to the use of same. |
