Disclosed are an ultrasonic imaging device and an ultrasonic imaging device. The ultrasonic imaging device may comprise: an ultrasonic probe for transmitting ultrasonic waves to an object and receiving ultrasonic waves reflected from the object; a beamforming unit for beamforming the received ultrasonic waves and outputting beamforming signals; a sampling unit for controlling the number of samplings of the beamforming signals to be different according to the quantity of motion of the object; and an image processing unit for matching and synthesizing sampled signals.
